Professional Valuation Products

Three service options available to attorney accounts. All appraisals are USPAP-compliant and prepared under Standards 1 and 2. Reports are delivered as electronic PDF within 48‑72 hours of inspection.

Full Scope

Full Interior/Exterior Appraisal

$550

Date of death, estate planning, and trust inventory assignments. Complete interior and exterior inspection. USPAP Standards 1 and 2. Certifications and extraordinary assumptions included as required by the assignment.

$100 for 24-hour rush delivery
$25 for mailed hard copy
Limited Scope

Exterior-Only Appraisal

$350

When interior access is unavailable or the assignment scope does not require an interior inspection. USPAP-compliant with appropriate limiting conditions and extraordinary assumptions regarding interior condition.

BPO

Broker Price Opinion

$225

Includes a full interior and exterior inspection (approximately one hour, similar to a full appraisal), with appraisal-style market-supported adjustments and detailed comparable selection. More rigorous than a standard drive-by BPO. Appropriate when a full USPAP appraisal is not required by the engagement.

$100 for 24-hour rush delivery

IRS Qualified Appraisals

When an assignment is confirmed to be feeding a federal estate tax filing (Form 706 or similar), additional scope, certifications, and qualified appraiser documentation are required. IRS Qualified Appraisals are always quoted individually. Call or email Russell to discuss the assignment before placing an order.

No account setup required. Complete the order intake form with the property address, effective date of value, assignment scope, and the name of the personal representative or contact for inspection access.

Order Confirmed

Russell reviews every order personally and confirms scope by email within one business day. Billing terms (net-15 or net-30) are confirmed with your firm at this time. No credit card required.

Inspection and Analysis

Russell contacts the property contact directly to schedule access. Every inspection and analysis is performed personally by Russell. You will be notified when the inspection is complete.

Report Delivery

Electronic PDF delivered within 48‑72 hours of inspection. Rush delivery available within 24 hours for an additional $100. Hard copy by mail available for an additional $25 including shipping.
