Great Estates, Inc. is a solo appraisal practice operated by Russell Harrist in Parker, Colorado. We take privacy seriously. We collect only the information needed to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.
Through contact and estimate forms: When you submit a contact inquiry or request a free AVM estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any information you provide in the message field. This information is submitted through Netlify’s form handling service and delivered to russell@GreatEstates.US.
Through the ordering process: When you place an order through GreatEstates.US, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and property address. Payment information (credit or debit card) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Great Estates, Inc. does not store, see, or have access to your payment card details.
Through the scheduling process: After placing an order, you provide your scheduling preferences (preferred days, times, and property access details) through a form on our website. Russell contacts you directly by phone, text, or email to confirm the inspection time.
Automatic collection: Like most websites, GreatEstates.US may collect basic technical information such as your browser type and IP address through Netlify’s hosting infrastructure. This information is used only for security and site performance purposes and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement with Great Estates, Inc.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate GreatEstates.US. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.
Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. Great Estates, Inc. does not store or have access to your payment card details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
GreatEstates.US is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are handled through Netlify’s form processing service. Netlify’s privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill your appraisal engagement (for example, coordinating property access with the contact you provide).
Form submissions are retained in the Netlify dashboard and delivered to russell@GreatEstates.US. Russell retains inquiry and correspondence records for a reasonable period to support ongoing client relationships.
Appraisal assignment records are retained for a minimum of five years as required by USPAP record-keeping requirements and Colorado appraiser licensing regulations. This includes the work file, assignment details, and the completed report.

GreatEstates.US is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe using bank-level security. We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information you share with us, though no method of internet transmission is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of GreatEstates.US following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
