Date of death, estate planning, and trust inventory assignments. Complete interior and exterior inspection. USPAP Standards 1 and 2. Certifications and extraordinary assumptions included as required by the assignment.
When interior access is unavailable or the assignment scope does not require an interior inspection. USPAP-compliant with appropriate limiting conditions and extraordinary assumptions regarding interior condition.
Includes a full interior and exterior inspection (approximately one hour, similar to a full appraisal), with appraisal-style market-supported adjustments and detailed comparable selection. More rigorous than a standard drive-by BPO. Appropriate when a full USPAP appraisal is not required by the engagement.
When an assignment is confirmed to be feeding a federal estate tax filing (Form 706 or similar), additional scope, certifications, and qualified appraiser documentation are required. IRS Qualified Appraisals are always quoted individually. Call or email Russell to discuss the assignment before placing an order.
